REMOTE SUPPORT
DataLAN Systems offers remote helpdesk support to any of our current clientele. Our software allows us to establish a remote control session to your computer. The person connecting to your computer will be able to see your desktop, move your mouse pointer, and type commands. Please close any private or confidential documents, photos, or web pages before initiating support.
Some features of our remote support software are:
- Zero configuration to your system or company firewall.
- You initiate an outgoing connection to our technicians.
- No incoming connections, no unattended service connection.
- The software is preconfigured to connect to DataLAN Systems Technicians ONLY.
- The support session uses 128-bit encryption to secure the remote control session.
- When the support sessions is over, the software will automatically be removed from your system.
