We can provide the level of service you need. DataLAN provides standard hourly support, where we fix the problem and bill your company.
However, we also provide IT Outsourcing. We will work for you as if we were an employee in the computer department. If you have existing staff we will work with them in a supplemental role. We will deal directly with end users, answering phones, and maintaining equipment.
ON-SITE AND OFF-SITE SERVICE
As you may have read on our home page, we are located
on Forest Hills Drive in Elton, Pennsylvania. We provide on-site
service to most locations.
We often can support your staff remotely. We
frequently support clients through VPN. You can allow our technician to takeover your system and guide you through the solution. We can also provide phone support if internet access isn't available.
AFFORDABLE SERVICE DataLAN provides service by the hour. We do not require contracts, but they are available if you need more than occasional support.. If your company needs support, simply call during the business day and we will schedule a technician as soon as possible.
